UPDATED 6/7/2024 ARWP REHABILITATION PROJECT
Starting Monday morning, June 10, 2024, Coyote Ridge Construction will begin construction of the water main in Good Avenue as part of the Aristocrat Ranchettes Water Project.
The water main will be installed in the shoulder area on the south side of Good Avenue. They will begin at CR31 and continue working east to Grant Street. There will be periods of time, while the trench is open, that access to driveways on the south side of the road will be impacted.
Coyote Ridge Construction will attempt to keep these interruptions to a minimum, but you may want to park your vehicle on the north side of Good Avenue while the crew is working in front of your property to make sure you can get your vehicle out. During construction there may be an occaisional water outage while the contractor ties into the existing mains. The contractor will provide additional updates and notices of interrruptions of the water service as the project develops.
If you have any question or concerns, please contact Ken Lambrecht at 970-290-7951.
