THE BIG PICTURE: The USDA has approved our loan and grant request for project implementation.
We are currently in the surveying phase preparing for Engineering Planning throughout the winter and spring of 2021-2022.
Summer and fall of 2022 will be devoted to permits and design implementation followed by possible ground breaking in the winter or spring of 2023.
USDA financing is in place including bridge financing for the survey/planning phase.
